Return Process

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the saree or garment is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging, as items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a secure reverse pickup from your registered address at a scheduled time convenient for you.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Upon receiving and verifying the returned product at our warehouse, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
